| Q | My cat was rushed to the vet a couple weeks ago and was given an enema and the enema didn't work. After the X-rays came back, the vets knew why. My kitty was MORE than PACKED! They put him under and did something to him while he was asleep. It helped him. He was groggy for 3 days but eventually he pulled through. HE STILL HAS THE PROBLEM NOW! Now he is back to not being able to use the litter box for anything other than pee. He is puking and dribbling but not "pooping" I DON'T WANT HIM TO DIE! My vet isn't open due to the holiday and the emergency vet won't even look at my cat unless they have money in their hands, and I don't have the money. I mean LITERALLY NO MONEY! He is only 9 years old. I want him to live a long long time. However he also has diabetes. He gets 3.5 units of humulin U insulin. Is there anything over the counter I can give my kitty or any herbal home remedy I can give him to help? I have been feeding him nothing but baby food since yesterday to try to help things along. So far NOTHING, please help! |
